5×40, 60, 80kg
3×92.5
5×115
3×127.5
4×142.5

squats 80kg 2×10, 1×5
24kg KB swing 10/10 burpees x5

Felt really weak today. Lower back didn’t feel right and had no gas in the tank. Still happy with 5/3/1 and thought my deadlift today was okay given how I’m feeling.
