Our philosophy

We are NOT your usual gym. Where are the treadmills? We don’t have any!

We use functional fitness to get great results. What’s functional fitness? It means we pick up heavy stuff repeatedly and put it over our heads. We use kettlebells, barbells, suspension trainers, clubs, rings, etc. to perform whole body movements. And we SWEAT a whole lot doing it. It’s a killer workout and we expect you to work hard.
