Our philosophy


This is a peek at our sessions and the special equipment we use. As you can see, we are NOT your usual gym.

We use functional fitness to get great results. What’s functional fitness? It means we pick up heavy stuff repeatedly and put it over our heads. We use kettlebells, barbells, suspension trainers, clubs, rings, etc. to perform whole body movements. And we SWEAT a whole lot doing it. It’s a killer workout and we expect you to work hard.
