Open Gym Format

Open gym is all open gym hours.  Now you can work out any time you want and do whatever program you choose.  Please note basic gym membership (day pass, group class, etc) is mandatory for all the other services below.

Personal Training

Come experience a unique training style that will get you great results quickly. Our trainers give you a fitness assessment before your first session in order to design the appropriate fitness program based on both your goals and your body’s needs. Then our trainers help you implement that plan to reach your goals as fast as possible. Appointments subject to availability.

Semi-private training

Bring a friend or two and experience the quality of a private session in the company of your comrades. Our trainers assess your movements skills and build programs around the group’s desires and needs. We insure all of you attain your goals and it really helps to have your friends there to push you past your limits. Appointment times subject to availability.

Strength and Power Group Sessions

Looking to get strong and build some muscle? We combine basic weight training, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting to get your numbers up and to build the muscle you need to support the lifts.
