Open Gym Format!

We now offer an open gym format for all clients! The open gym is from 7am-9pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday, closed on all national holidays. Now you can work out any time you want and do whatever program you choose. If you choose to take group, semi-private or private sessions and miss one of those, you can still come in on your own during the open gym times and make up for it. No more missed workouts! Please note basic gym membership is mandatory for all the other services below.

Personal Training

Come experience a unique training style that will get you great results quickly. Our trainers give you a fitness assessment before your first session in order to design the appropriate fitness program based on both your goals and your body’s needs. Then our trainers help you implement that plan to reach your goals as fast as possible. Appointments subject to availability.

Semi-private training

Bring a friend or two and experience the quality of a private session in the company of your comrades. Our trainers assess your movements skills and build programs around the group’s desires and needs. We insure all of you attain your goals and it really helps to have your friends there to push you past your limits. Appointment times subject to availability.

FormosaFit group sessions

These are the classes that made our gym what it is today. We combine kettlebell and bodyweight movements to get you in great shape fast. Take a look:

Strength and Power 

Looking to get strong and build some muscle? We combine basic weight training, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting to get your numbers up and to build the muscle you need to support the lifts. Take a look at our intro video to see some of the lifts you’ll be doing:
