Hi, my name is Dave Chesser and I’m the owner of Formosa Fitness. I’ve lived in Taiwan for fourteen years and I’ve made it my mission in life to help people just like you lose weight and get in shape.

I am a fullt-time personal trainer at Formosa Fitness. My name is Abram. I have practiced Western boxing and Muaythai for many years and I love fitness training and physical challenges. Kettlebells, clubbells, barbells, suspension training systems, are to me more than different tools or methods of training. They are games that one can enjoy a lot while sweating like crazy.

 I was not an athlete back in the college. Instead, I worked as a professional graphic designer for over a decade and I was really overweight and unhealthy. My transformation began as I started punching bags and mitts. My coach taught me to rediscover my passion for healthier life through diet and exercise. I really wanted to share this passion with more people so I became a certified fitness trainer.

 No matter how old you are or what your gender is, if you hope you can become a healthier and stronger person, or you want to feel more energetic then come see me. Let me share my experiences, knowledge and my passion for fitness with you. Together we can build you a stronger, younger body so you can enjoy your life with lots of energy!
