Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00-7:30 p.m.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30-8 p.m.

Wednesday 8:00 p.m.

Our classes are 30 minutes long and give you an intense workout aimed at general conditioning and fat loss. See the Youtube preview below for details.
